Scope and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between

– hereinafter referred to as the "Provider" –

and users of the platform https://tickzee.com – hereinafter referred to as "Customer(s)".

Conclusion of Contract

The Customer can select products from the Provider's range and add them to a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Buy" or "Upgrade" button. By clicking the "Buy now" button, the Customer submits a binding purchase offer.

The Provider then sends the Customer an automatic confirmation email with the subject "Your tickzee-Order", listing the order details. This confirmation email represents acceptance of the contract.

Delivery, Availability, and Payment

Delivery times indicated by the Provider are calculated from the date of the order confirmation. Payment is only possible via PayPal.

If the ordered product is temporarily unavailable, the Provider will inform the Customer promptly. If the delay exceeds two weeks, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

Retention of Title

Until full payment is received, the delivered goods remain the property of the Provider.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices listed on the Provider’s website are exclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process.

Warranty

The Provider is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable Austrian laws.

Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
